No Matter if you have Irish heritage or not, everyone seems to enjoy celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th! Here at Brooksville Youth Academy, our Student Council Body requested to celebrate by having a St. Patrick’s Day feast. Our kitchen staff, Ms. Rose and Ms. Jackie made sure their wish was granted!
All 36 youth along with all facility staff were able to sit and enjoy a festive meal of green rice, macaroni and cheese, fried chicken wings, baked beans, rolls and fruit juice! Our youth were very excited and enjoyed this delicious meal while chatting with their peers and staff!
